Cafe Boulud Consumer Complaint
My husband made 3 PM reservations for 4 for Mother's Day Brunch at Cafe Boulud. We arrived shortly before 3PM and were told the table wasn't ready and to wait in the hotel lobby. Nothing terrible so far. After being 'forgotten' we were then called into the restaurant where the hostess wanted to know who we were. Then taken to table. The menus were distributed and immediately asked if we had questions. No drink orders were taken although a wine list was placed on table. we were offered water and my daughter requested lemon.
